PADI's online E-Learning program is designed so that you can learn the academics at your own pace when it is convenient for you. Equipment

In this course, you learn to use basic SCUBA equipment, including a mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, regulator, buoyancy control device and a scuba tank.

Pool Training

During the Confined Water Dives of your San Diego scuba course, you will learn and practice scuba skills in a pool or water with pool-like conditions. You’ll enjoy making one or more mini-dives, which take you through the same steps you follow when you make open water dives. Your training dives will be logged and approved by your instructor before you move on to open water. Pool training takes one day and usually last 2-3 hours depending on group size.

Open Water Training

Get ready to experience everything you've learned with the freedom of open water. Students will complete the open water training over the course of 2 days. Each day usually lasts 2-3 hours depending on group size. As soon as your open water training dives are approved by your instructor you will be a certified diver.
